Why do people seem to think they can get away with their suspension or ban by hopping onto another account?
Sooner or later, people are going to realize that you're avoiding your ban/suspension by being on another account...and they'll most likely report you in for it, for the simple fact that you are breaking the rules.

"You should not create, or use additional accounts during a ban or suspension as this is considered an attempt to avoid the punishment. The actions taken are targeted at the user of the account and not just the account itself and due to this fact any accounts associated with you as a user will also be suspended or banned. New accounts created during a ban or suspension may also have immediate action taken against them for the same reason."
If you value your account and your privilege to use the site, you are not doing yourself any favors by avoiding your punishment. Take it from me, who was once suspended for 2 weeks last summer. I was a little annoyed by it (and so were my friends), but considering it was only for 2 weeks and I was lucky that it wasn't a ban, I took it as a short break from dA and spent my time elsewhere, until my suspension was over. I was also lucky that Comic-Con took up my suspension-time for 4 days and I had the rest of the 2 weeks to catch up on some art projects and I could still communicate with friends on Skype, Facebook, and Tumblr, so the time I spent on suspension was worth it. It really wasn't that bad.
And when I came back, I started off with a clean slate.
So if you've been hit with a suspension, just take it and wait it out. If it's a ban, try to file an Account-Ban Appeal at the +help desk to see if the staff will let you back in. For both, go talk to your friends elsewhere; Facebook, Tumblr, etc.
Seriously, it's really not worth avoiding it...unless you really want to end up in an even worse punishment than what you got before.
